The SDA started to reject dossiers with slight mistakes and they cavil almost at every word. So please make sure that there are no mistakes or corrections in the paperwork.
Also they don't accept W-2 Form as your proof of income anymore, you should submit 1040 Form instead or Employment verification from the place of work with your salary for the past 6 months.
So now we ask for more copies of your documents so that we could re-submit your dossier faster in case it would be rejected.
Please include in the dossier:
- 4 Passport copies
- 2 Database management petitions
- 3 Inteprol clearance requests
The SDA won't meet your interests even in case you want to adopt special needs child or older child. We had a case in our practise when the SDA didn't help in adoption of the girl with cancer, the process went well only after mass media interfered and covered this information.
So please make sure that your dossier is prepared in accordance with Ukrainian adoption legislation otherwise it would be rejected. Also I ask you to scan or take pictures of all your documents and email me for review before sending them to Ukraine.
