The Hague Convention rejected again

Yesterday Parliament of Ukraine has considered the possibility of Ukraine of joining to the Hague Convention. They didn't vote for the Hague Convention yesterday and sent the Bill for revision. It means that independent adoption is still working in Ukraine.
