Ukrainian Parliament CANCELLED - 45 years difference between a child and parents

It is bill 3657 of Ukrainian Rada (parliament) and sent for signature on the Sept 16th to the President. Law was signed by 30 September and has the power. The law has strikes the second line of Article 211 of Family code which reads...

Article 211. Persons Entitled to Be Adopters

1. A legally capable person that has attained the full age may be an adopter.
2. A person that is at least 15 years older than the child he/she wishes to adopt may be an adopter.
3. If an adult person is adopted, the difference in age may not be less than 18 years.

So we changed section the paperwork list on website.
